Once we have verified our candidate’s real interest, and a pre-contract has been signed, we analyse their investment possibilities, the type of franchise they want to implement, the knowledge of the place of implementation, along with other parameters that can modify the Business Plan: actual required investment, revenue forecast, forecast of expenses, photomontage of the design of the establishment.
Likewise, we offer the candidate a valid tool to present it in any financial institution that allows him/her to obtain the level of financing strictly necessary for implementing the project or to request grants.
All businesses need a deployment project and a license to operate.
We will provide you with the necessary documents to apply for a license for innocuous activity. In the event that the city council considers some other type of license is necessary, the franchisee must request it, while always relying on our advice and supervision.
